B.C. health region wins provincial patient safety award for implementing MOREOB

Birthing problems are not the norm McGill University Health Centre (MUHC)

The Risk Management and Patient Safety Institute Exclusive  Partnership

LANSING, Mich. Jan. 27, 2009

The Risk Management and Patient Safety Institute (RM&PSI), a national leader in clinical risk management practices and patient safety programs for health care institutions and providers, today announced a three-year license partnership with Salus Global Corporation to market Salus’s MOREOB patient safety and performance improvement program to U.S. hospitals and health care systems. Under the agreement, which was effective January 1, 2009, RM&PSI becomes the only group other than Salus to market the program in the United States.

Salus Health Program Expands into the U.S.

London Free Press

A London company has entered a licensing agreement to market its health management and patient safety program in the U.S.

About 160 Canadian hospitals use Salus Global Corp.'s obstetrics tracking and training program and a Michigan institute believes there's a need for it in the U.S., Michael Vezina of Salus said.

"They approached us and the result is a partnership agreement," said Vezina, Salus's chief operating officer.

New MOREOBTM Online Platform Under Construction

London, Ontario, Canada - February 10, 2008

Salus Global Corporation has signed an agreement with Merge Inc., a Toronto, Canada -based development company, to aid the company in constructing a completely new online program platform to enable significant improvements in the MORE OB Program. In addition to greatly improved publishing capabilities that will allow Salus' MOREOB team to create, post, and edit content and online test facilities with greater ease, the new platform will position the MOREOB Program to add new abilities in multi-lingual publishing, multimedia handling, and future enhancements such as online communities.
